What should I do to get T levels to normal

I am 56 years old, 5'6" and about 150lbs. About 6 months ago I had a battery of blood tests done and everything looked really good except my T levels. They were very low in the 150 levels. My general doc put me on 200ml of ciponate injection every two weeks. I have not noticed much of any...

Effect of exercise on T levels with those on TRT

I can find tons of info on the effects of exercise and weight lifting on T levels with those that aren't on TRT but nothing on those that are. I assume that since we are on TRT, exercise will have a very different result after training. Do exercise and weight lifting use our testosterone, so...

Why did my testosterone levels drop by almost 50%?
