Hello I hope this is the right place I'm new here. I self administered TRT for 8 months and decided it was too hard to manage on my own even with getting regular labs etc. it seemed like no matter what I did it would spike anxiety. I already have anxiety issues so I didn't see the benefits...

This may be covered elsewhere on the forum and if so I apologize in advance, my search did not bring it up. Is there a provider for online support groups with the option of using video / cams? I am thinking of online meeting where you can share issues and answers while getting real time...
