Looking for Semaglutide in Oklahoma

I live in Oklahoma, have been struggling with weight my whole life. My wife and her friends are all on semaglutide and have lost an enormous amount of weight. My insurance doesn’t cover it. Do y’all know of any weight loss clinics that can get me the generic version for cheap?
