Ballpark free test trough limit

Hi, I'm worried about getting into the high HCT, low ferritin cycle as I started with HCT at 50.5 before TRT. I know everything is individual but is there a ballpark limit to free T trough that you should try to avoid going above to control HCT? Thanks.

How to avoid rise in HCT?

Would lowering my testosterone dose but increasing my HCG dose, think that would not increase my HCT as much? Or lower my dose to get my TT around 600 and feel more tired but my HCT wouldn’t raise as much?
