How do I calculate “free estradiol”?

Do I need to just purchase the lab? If there is one? I feel good but I’m trying to determine where I fall within these ranges. My SHBG is 15.6 My Estradiol Sensitive is 16.5 Thanks Gents!

Should Men on Testosterone Test Their Free Estradiol ?

We really only care about free T levels, and don’t really even need the total level. So why is E2 different? Shouldn’t we only care about the free E2 level?

Should we monitor free estradiol E2 in men on TRT?

I'll keep this simple. What matters is free test, not total. Free T3, not total. Free (active) Vitamin D, not total. Magnesium RBC, not serum total. I feel like the more we learn, the more we realize that the free, or active, form of hormones/ minerals is what matters. So is free E2 what really...
