Hcg alone will only restart your testicles if they have been shut down by trt. But it suppresses the pituitary. So after the testicles are back online you have to stop the hcg and add in a SERM like clomid or nolvadex or both. They stimulate the pituitary to produce LH and FSH if you are lucky...

From a numbers standpoint based on the elevated levels of LH and FSH it appears you have primary hypogonadism, ie failure at the testicular level. TRT seems like a wise choice. Will let someone chime in if those numbers could indicate something that should be looked at. Good luck on the trt!!

In my experience my blood gets thick no matter what dose I am on. You may mess up your system by going up and down on doses with no impact on h and h. From what I have seen most people just donate. I'm also trying the grapefruit eating every day to see if that has any merit.

Not sure what pre trt sides came back but clomid is fairly well known to kill libido and cause mood issues. Not in everyone but enough to take note. Sure does for me even at a very low dose. So even with good numbers the clomid could be canceling out perceived benefits due to its side effects.
