I take AllMax Arginine. One scoop has 5g Arginine. I used to take it twice a day but now planning to take it only once.

I think the involuntary erection and erection while having sex, both have different mechanism. I might be wrong bcas i most people have no problem with night time erection but while having sex, they csnt get it up, it might be due to venous leak in different position or other reasons.
