Hi Folks,
I am on TRT from past 2 years. I am primary hypogonadism man. I am 41. I have venous leakage. I get erection when sitting but not in any other position. Viagra works for me but severe headache. Same with Cialis. So i was thinking to take daily 5mg( no headache) plus 50mg or 25mg on demand. Does anyone have better solution? Newer drug with less side effects? Any herbal products? Main purpose is to find a pills that have lesser side effects.

PT 141 and Tri-mix, these compounds are injection based. The latter injects into the penis and will generally have less side effects. These compounds have the ability to keep you hard for those hours long sessions.

These are you only solutions other than a penile implant.

Any herbal products?

If there was and it was effective with a high efficiency rating, no need for Cialis or Viagra to exist.

I recently switched over to tri mix. I hd been 50 mg of viagra for years an hour before go time. It was a PIA having to work around meals and just the timing of things. Had some heart drug changes, Entresto and sotolol, added around Christmas. Drops my BP to 90/60 range when i take a viagra, cialis would be the same. So hello tri mix! Ooo baby HELLO tri. Mix. Erection starts in 5 minutes nd full on by 10 minute. I started with low dose of .05, then .08 and then .10. Still not spring board hard, but better than the viagra did. i will probably bump up to .12 soon just to see if I can get spring board back.
Tri mix is great option and I think better than pills

Thanks so much. I heard about Trimix but was trying to manage with pills itself. Also, when i take Viagra or Cialis i do get some heart palpitations in the middle of the night. So ill try trimix. Lets see how things work out.
