DHEA lowers cortisol so this might cause your tiredness. I feel tired on just DHEA as well. Have you tried combine with pregnolonene? Those two combined together work different then each one separate.

Never tried oral capsules but read that oral progesterone has the most metabolites created in liver thus the most side effects.

If I apply progesterone oil on scrotum before sleep I feel effect lasting 3 days(48hrs). Daily application builds up after while causing poor sleep in my experience. Sublingual progesterone (2mg) effects doesn't last as long and doesn't interfere with my sleep unless is high dose(10mg+).

Transdermal hormones builds up into the skin layer. I could feel effect for 4 days when I tried transdermal progesterone.

It was bio identical. The Sublingual form has the most profound effect on me followed by transdermal scrotal form. Pregnenolone works better for me.

What dosage are you taking and how frequent?

Sublingual progesterone. Ive tried from 1mg up to 20mg. Higher the dose the more anxiety caused.

Navel is another great spot for test cream absorption.

Tried progesterone for social anxiety and actually increased it even more. Androsterone or DHT works the best for anxiety for me.

I've had same experience with transdermal testosterone. I believe its caused by very quick and high peak. Injectable short testosterone ester like propionate have same effects.
