Can some help me to understand the various free testosterone units and ranges?

So using my numbers and my brother's numbers, our Free T is 7 and 7.2 respectively on the scale you are using here. Seems like a piss poor number to have. Interesting stuff. My natural SHBG of 25 seems to be on the lower end of normal. My prolactin is on the lower end of normal as well. I...

Can some help me to understand the various free testosterone units and ranges?

Is 72 pg/mL a low number? My brother was asking if he would be a candidate for therapy or at least explore the idea of it. I don't really know what he is experiencing outside of his comments of lacking energy and getting nagging small injuries (he's a former professional baseball player)...

Can some help me to understand the various free testosterone units and ranges?

I keep seeing free testosterone presented a variety of ways and I'm not really sure what is actually being measured vs calculated and what the reference ranges actually mean. Total Test seems much easier to make sense of. The reason I ask is that my brother just called and had his test levels...

weak ejaculation... not much there

Thanks for the information. My wife is 8 months pregnant. It could very well be nature's way of trying to prevent me from straying. I have thought of this.

Interesting stuff. Outside of the first TRT week, I haven't felt like I was fiending for sex at all. That first week was pretty whacky I went 6X in one day the first week. I can wake up with the morning wood and go with it, but pre-TRT I could have sex or jerk off 2-3X per day no problem...

weak ejaculation... not much there

Hi guys new to the board. I started TRT 2 months ago and everything has been going great except for one thing. My libido is subpar and my ejaculate is so so weak and small. It never shoots out anymore and it is not very satisfying. I'm getting wayyyyyy more nocturnal erections now, sleeping...
