I do but I believe my diet is balanced, yes it is high protein but my macros have healthy fats in them and good amount of carbs as well.

I dont think this is right at all, taking arimedex will only crash my E while on TRT you should not aim to crash your E. Within the range and the bloodwork that I showed you the (17 and 72.3 free T) is it considered on the lower end for my age?

Oh you definitely can backfill that, take another empty syringe and pull the plunger. Inject half of the amount to the syringe and reinsert the plunger. You can find videos on youtube if you want. Just search "backfilling syringe"

Can you take a picture of your prefilled syringe? You can try to backfill the testosterone to another empty syringe.

Pretty sure because of your once a week injection frequency, Try EOD or MWF injection.
