I know mixing the anastrozole with vodka for more accurate dosing. My question is, can I mix the AI with regular water? or with a lower-proof alcohol beverage(rice wine)?
As I don't have a liquor store open around me.
Any help is greatly appreciated,
Thanks
I seriously doubt a high protein diet will cause this issue, since if this were true then almost all bodybuilder who trains naturally will have this problem as well. But you never hear anything like it, and dr saya also mentioned that high shbg might also might be a sign of a good diet.
i dont...
I did but this is a new bloodwork. I am in my 20s. I did not measure E2 in this bloodwork but previously it has been on the lower end of the range and this is not sensitive E2 since this was not available in my country
This is my most recent bloodwork (Pre TRT), can you help me understand the result for the bloodwork and calculators? I think I am on the lower end, but I might be wrong.
The symptoms that I am experiencing are lower libido, low quality erection, brain fog, mild anxiety (occasional but its...
This is Pre TRT bloodwork, can you help me understand these result? I think I am on the lower end but I am not sure.
I tried putting it in a different calculators but I get different results, also does anyone know what their range is?
Dr Saya told me, you can just start the HcG 2 months before you are planning to conceive.
how is your TRT journey so far?
Edit:I am not sure for the exact time frame but he definitely told me you can skip the hcg for now and start it once you are planning to conceive.
i believe my thyroid/adrenals are good, I took defy’s pre trt bloodwork and Dr Saya looked at it and he said everything was normal except for the low LH and high SHBG.
Based on the above bloodwork is it correct that I am on the 31% low percentile?
I got to this number by (72.3-35)/(155-35) *...
there you go, you could have just said this from the beginning as this was the only answer I was looking for. You also recommended me to try arimedex to get a feel of what TRT will feel like so thanks for not wanting to comment any further. :D
I posted more bloodwork and provided more context, mind looking at them? So far only you and @madman are the only helpful ones. I asked a simple question and people are answering questions that I don’t even ask.
Well there are 2 bloodwork there and the range is there. Is it considered on the lower end? Please answer just this one question and refrain from answering questions that I didn’t ask.
I do experience low T symptoms like brain fog, decreased libido and ED.
Can you help me understand on whether my free T is considered on the low end for my age? The whole point of the thread is for this question and so far only @madman has answered this question. Thats the only thing I need to know
I dont think this is right at all, taking arimedex will only crash my E while on TRT you should not aim to crash your E.
Within the range and the bloodwork that I showed you the (17 and 72.3 free T) is it considered on the lower end for my age?
The bloodwork from a month ago uses Dialysis method. The bloodwork from a year ago isnot specified so it might dialysis as well, since it was done at the same country.
The last free T bloodwork is the one that I am sure that uses the ELISA method
This bloodwork was taken a year ago.
(No SERMS no nothing completely natural)
I consulted with Dr Saya and he told me I show a pattern of High SHBG, and he recommended me to go to the TRT route. I consulted with him showing this bloodwork and
this bloodwork. He did not see the last test for...
This bloodwork was taken around a month ago. The bloodwork was taken 3.5 to 4 weeks after I tried using toremifene to ‘restart’ my HPTA, which i suspected skewed the result a little upwards.
The testing method is ELISA, the testing was done at 10:15 AM. I didn’t take Total T and SHBG for this bloodwork, but I took one from a year ago. Last year my total T was 550 eith free T on the lower end of the range. Based on this range and let’s say the test result is accurate, is my free T...
Sorry didn't mean to hijack the thread but
If he says yes, what is your recommendation? Are you experiencing these symptoms?
I know you are the high SHBG type and I am gonna start TRT soon.
With 34mg Test C EOD but I am worried about getting high e2 sides? especially gyno.
Can you share your dose?
Oh you definitely can backfill that, take another empty syringe and pull the plunger.
Inject half of the amount to the syringe and reinsert the plunger. You can find videos on youtube if you want. Just search "backfilling syringe"
