70% of ED cases are vascular!: The Link Between Exercise, Vascular Health, and Erectile Function: Key Insights from Dr. John Mulhall

Great articles on this thread. I am musing about endothelial repair. I feel like the protocol I am now, along with lifestyle/diet improvements, have resulted in better erections with 5mg cialis than I had several years ago on roughly the same dosage. Without going into great detail: IM T...

Surgeon General Calls for Cancer Warning Labels on Alcohol

Certainly excessive usage contributes to throat cancer, liver cancer etc. Possibly breast cancer increases in women. Low to infrequent usage it's a questionable link imho. "The dose makes the poison"

can high blood pressure meds help Erectile dysfuction ?

Agree with System Lord. At your young age you need to see if there is underlying medical cause here (vs. stiffening arteries in older adults). That being said, that needs to be treated at those high levels. Stroke becomes a real risk > 180.

Yes, a man in his 80s can still have good muscle mass

True Type II Diabetes is more complicated than just diet. That being said, eating a low carb diet when you are prediabetic can certainly help stave it off. It can also reduce the insulin needed once you are full blown.

    PT-141 Bremelanotide

I tried the low dosing strategy, but abandoned it due to side effects. Flushing, feeling of malaise etc. I certainly did notice an erectile bump, but it wasn't worth it for me. As noted above, it can really work well for certain folks. There are a quite a few threads on this site if you do a...

Doctor Only Wants to Prescribe Testosterone Every 2 Weeks Dose

Most folks on this forum have eventually gravitated away from "traditional" doctors and protocols that you describe. Primarily due to the inflexibility in treatment. While insurance coverage is helpful, you can often find affordable testing (Nelson's Discounted Labs) and functional doctors...

    Increasing doses of Tadalafil

In the last few months, I nudged my daily dose from 5mg to around 7mg which resulted in a large noticeable difference. I feel like the key as we get older is to maintain the quality of our arterial lining (the best we can) so these drugs don't lose effectiveness. That is my goal at least.

Is taking trt causing me to not be able to orgasm?

There have been times where I have taken a larger dose of Cialis or Viagra where I have had trouble reaching orgasm. Usually if I refrain from climaxing for a day or two it seems to resolve itself. I think age is a factor as well (I am 56)

    Discouraged with TRT

I can tell you my symptoms greatly improved with more frequent injections, using roughly the same weekly dosage. I went from 100mg once a week to now I spread that over 3 injections. Also, at our age (I am also 56), you need to laser focus on blood flow issues for the ED. Re-check blood...

Gman, I would like to see a few of these studies based on your quote below: "In studies, people with the highest cholesterol levels had the least amount of cardiovascular events, and the people that had the lowest cholesterol levels had the most)" If you could post some links that would be great.

    Where to get Testosterone prescriptions?

If you are with a good doctor not trying to mark up prescriptions like crazy, get a 90-120 day supply from Wells or APS compounding pharmacies. I pay about $100 for a 10ml vial delivered.

Well, if you only had to wait two days for Adderal count yourself among the lucky ones. Here in St. Louis, many patients went months in 2022-23. It still hard to refill with any consistency. Both Adderal and T are controlled substances as you well know. You may be right, this pharmacy...

    20mg Cialis daily?!?

I am up to 7.5mg per day with good results, taking it before bed. I have been gradually increasing the dosage over the years. I need way less Viagra for similar results. For some reason, my body doesn't metabolize the Cialis as easily. I am 56...

How To Inject Trimix for Erectile Dysfunction

For me, the sheer variability and lack of consistency in erections drive performance anxiety. (Sometimes I have a fine erection when I wake up before the conscious brain takes over). I am guessing that Trimix (when dosed correctly) can overcome the performance anxiety.
