If you are concerned about shutdown, another option (read rabbit hole) you could try is nasal T gel, which is a very quick acting form of T that minimizes shutdown. You can search for Natesto which is popular brand.
A few guys have had success on nasal gel, but it remains somewhat of a niche...

Dude most guys here would kill for those pre-TRT numbers. Listen to the words of wisdom on this thread and run from that doctor. TRT will shut down your natural production and it ain't easy to bring it back.
You could try reducing the amount you inject at any time by using more frequent injections (e.g., every other day EOD or even daily)
Also, if you're going subq, use a smaller needle like 31 gauge x 5/16.
The worst I've felt on TRT involved cypionate, but in fairness there were many other variables involved including a different carrier oil (cottonseed versus grape). However, like others have said, I've read countless accounts on forums of guys preferring enan over cyp and rarely the other way...

After that initial test (and symptoms), personally I would have decreased, not increased dose. The resting HR going down is weird though for the 90mg protocol.

Probably not since it will result in even less nightly variation, but the dose reduction could. 10mg daily subq is much praised (results in approx 7mg of actual T net of ester, which matches average daily production of healthy young male).
That's a great question. While the science says otherwise, I definitely noticed a difference in strength/performance and muscle at 100mg weekly (laughably low for BBers), about 10% if I had to quantify. Then again I am a skinny bastard and truthfully, I doubt if anyone other than myself...

After two decades of doing the usual core stuff, I started trying different animal crawls and so-called primal movements (bear crawls, crab walk, sit throughs, etc). Sounds (and looks) goofy, but it has been game changer and it oddly relaxing. Highly recommend it.
