What dose do you recommend for Mod grf-1-29/ipamorelin for best results? I have been on .3mg Ipamorelin before bed for 2 months, and have not noticed anything yet.

I have degenerated disks, which causes pain and numbness from the pinched nerves. My Dr. said that there is a chance my disks will repair themselves if I raise my IGF-1 levels, but there is no guarantee of course. It is worth the cost for me if there is any improvement, even a little bit.

My IGF-1 results showed a baseline of 201, with an age adjusted range of 61-200. My Dr. said that a level closer to 300 might help my body repair lower back problems.

My Dr. offered to prescribe me Sermorelin/GHRP-2 or Iparmorelin. Does anyone have experience with these, which one is better, and why? Iparmorelin costs $60 more per month, so I need to know if it is worth it before I commit to a 1 year treatment plan. Thanks....

Xerxes, How are you doing now? I experienced the same symptoms with an E2 level of 43. I increased my dose of Anastrazole, and the anxiety decreased, but the insomnia is still reallly bad. Has your insomnia gotten better?

Too many side effects: insomnia, anxiety, hematocrit, BPH, etc. It's too much to handle. I felt better with Test at 400 begfore TRT.

So it wouldn't hurt to try, and if not successful, do it under a doctors care with meds? My starting level was 400, not too low, but low enough to cause me to try TRT.

I just don't like the idea of taking new drugs, but if I have to, I have too.

Would it be harmful to stop TRT after 1year, and see if my body will restart on its own? Has anyone tried this, or is it only possible with meds?
