Tell me if I'm mistaken, but I thought I saw accounts of boron lowering e2 and also accounts of boron raising e2? Just started taking it again for arthritis and feels like dht may be up. Wouldn't raising dht maybe lower e2?
Amazing how little info there is about boron. I came up with that same article about it being boring. I took it a few times in the past and definitely felt a little agitated. I'm trying it again as hand arthritis is really prevalent lately. Thanks as always Vince.
I've recently switched from a "T clinic" to a urologist. With this I've changed from weekly Cyp. injections to daily. He's pretty by the book and will be wanting my levels in the "normal" range. I like mine prob a little higher. Long story shorter, I'm curious how levels roll down after stopping...
Labs on the thyroid. Understand about maybe not top end values for everything being better. I do like the idea of improving when possible. It's been awhile in the thyroid labs and the doc is great but does believe within range is "not sick". If I could feel noticeably better I would pursue it.
400 at trough. That might be 1000? at peak. My trough might be 1000 right now, & it's not great. I'm thinking you can run those high levels for awhile & do good, but at some point adaptations occur & again not all that great.
Thanks SL have read many of your thoughts. Did some googling, pretty hard to find many anecdotes as to the downside of supraphysiological test levels with specific reference to mood, sexual cons. Was even searching for stories from bodybuilders who did high levels for long periods of time. I ask...
Start by saying I have labs with new urologist next week. I've been with a low T clinic for quite awhile(years) & have done fairly well with weekly injects of 200mg+ My levels read prob 1000 at trough, I know some guys have done this and reported they definitely felt better at lower doses...
Availability was one clinic visit a week for one shot. I will now be self injecting so hoping for a more steady level. But yes, experimenting I suppose.
Thanks SL. What Dr does this then? Endocrinologist? Urologist? The uhc app has a list of sports medicine docs and family docs but the few I reached out to acted like they had no idea what I was taking about.
I'm 62 and have been on trt for almost 6 years. UHC has covered weekly shots at the local clinic with no copay. Just pay for labs and extras. However, last week it was noted that I would have to see a provider every visit now. This costs $45 a week. I'm looking for options. Sent an email to my...
I really like what preg does for me, but find it lasts for a day or two then seems to almost rebound in some way. I'm trying to see if I could use it at some interval like weekly.
I'm with K.pietera, Used to work but now, .75mg TR always puts me to sleep just to wake in a few hours. But I'm prone to that anyhow and have been for years. Also feel pretty dazed the next day like 1st gen antihistamines. Tryptophan+theanine has been my most reasonable solution to middle of...
I'm really interested in this as well. Just in hands so far but has escalated lately. Trying a number of supplements but will prob take time to see anything.
