HMG while on TRT for fertility

I’m currently looking at knocking up my wife and I’m taking 1000iu EOD of HCG. I was doing 500iu eod for the last I am. Was hoping I wouldn’t need to come off.

Been doing HCG 500iu EOD for 4 years and last I checked was at 15million swimmers. I’m gonna ramp up to a 1000iu EOD and want to throw in HMG as I attempt to knock my wife up over the next year. My question is where can you even get HMG anymore? GoodRX has it listed at like 2grand for a vial...

Candidate for TRT?

Didn't get tested for FSH or LH? Is that worth pursuing? My TSH was 4.120 Had high level of creatinine and cholesterol was also high. Could low estradiol lead to a decreased sex drive?
