Anyone else face the issue of having the test flow back out after pulling out the needle?
Is that due to the quantity (1CC too much?) or the size of my delt muscle?
My TRT doctor got me injecting my delts (only) using 23 gauge needles but scare tissues started developing after a year.
If was only after I did my own research that I switched to 27 gauge and rotate between my glutes and quads. Lately, I explored pinning my pecs and it works fine too...
With such a comprehensive list of supplements, how about sharing your dosage schedules too? I am sure certain supplements complement / complete with each other for absorption etc.
Hi Gene Devine
Thanks for highlighting this benefit!
Do you utilise it pre-workout as well? Do you follow the 5mg dose and any noticeable experience / results etc?
I have been using minoxidil (7% concentration formula) for over 3 years now and am not sure if it helps with hair loss honestly.
My hair continues its gradual thinning process so its either minoxidil slowing down the thinning or it doesn't work as the thinning continues.
Hoping its the former...
Hi Karen
I have been facing the same sleep problems for the past 5 years and had been through all sorts of sleep studies and rotate my sleep medications, benzos etc.
I also have a massage chair at home and it relaxes me but does not solve my sleep issue.
Hi Captain
Thanks for the referrals, the information's really insightful.
Unfortunately, like what Vince had said, this problem is probably a lifetime illness.
Cheers!
Thanks Johndoesmith!
I do not touch alcohol and my B12 and folate levels were normal when I checked them a few years back.
I understand macrocytosis but is it caused by TRT?
How about my terribly low platelets? I am very worried about that.
Thanks Captain.
Noted that the division of dosing doesn't make much of a difference; I was just playing it safe for absorption as I understand that it's best to be taken on an empty stomach but as I consume many small meals over the day, I slot them in between meals (1.5 - 2 hours after) as I...
Thanks Vince again!
Do you reckon that I am not deficient in magnesium then? (since I do not feel the difference when high or low dosing it)
2g of magnesium from a variety of sources did not send me to the toilet too.
Hi Everyone
Having been on T4 Levothyroxine for nearly 1 year with a dosage of 100mg daily (divided into 2 X 50mg), my thyroid panel has been pretty consistent with the typical results of:-
TSH: 0.04 mIU/L
T4: 10.9 pmol/L
Free T3 was within range but my doctor advised me against running the...
Dear fellow members
Anyone on TRT / HCG with blood issues?
Having been on TRT for over 3 years (ranging from 200mg test cyp weekly to 1,500iu HCG mono-therapy weekly), my blood work had always been horrendous; it will be great if I could link up with people who face similar issues so that I...
I am a huge magnesium user, ranging from topical magnesium oil to bisglycinate powder and citrate / malate pills.
Started due to insomnia but it didn't help much but continued due to the many purported benefits; weird thing is, I do not feel much of a difference when I high-dose or low-dose it...
Hi Nurselyfe
I was on it since the end of last year (coming to 9 months) and was completely off testosterone. Regular bloodwork shows my test levels around the 700 range so its still fine.
My appointment with my doctor's tomorrow and I am planning to go off HCG and reintroduce testosterone...
My results for yesterday's analysis is out; not much of an improvement despite a further 3 months of HCG injections.
Nonetheless, one of them sperms got my wife pregnant so i am a happy man!
I did one previously in May and another this morning to freeze and store my semen.
The report for May was pathetic but doctor said was good enough to freeze. I can't recall the detailed results but was something like:-
Volume: 1.1ml
Count: 4 million
Motility: 8%
Shall await this morning's...
Thanks Rjsnuruf!
There wasn't a need to intro FSH to my protocol.
I was on pretty high dose HCG-monotherapy (1500iu every alternate days) for nearly 7months.
I use Ovidrel® PreFilled Syringe; any comments on this form?
Its really convenient and doesn't require any mixing; just twist and pin.
Hopefully its effective.
I have tried Polar and Garmin's range as I used to be a triathlete while also got my partner Jawbone and Fitbit.
All the brands are pretty similar and do their job; the key thing is consistency (always use the same product as different products calculates steps differently) for tracking.
In...
Hi Brian
Please insist on the injections, I use HCG (Ovidrel Pen) and its a breeze as compared to typical HCG which requires plenty of preparations.
By the way, I worked my sperm count up really slowly (but at least it worked) by being on HCG-monotherapy and dropping TRT for nearly 5 months...
Thanks Dr. Saya.
My doctor was really positive that my sperm count rose to 2.4million after being on HCG (1500iu every other day) for nearly 5 months and was told to continue for another 3 months before freezing a batch for storage.
Should I raise this up to her and ask for FSH / HMG?
Or...
