GREAT Dr. Saya. Thank you so much for clarification! I absolutely think this could be one if not the most hotly contested and questioned subjects in trt. Kudos for this initial study and positioning yourself as the tip of the spear to identifying optimal and standard hcg dose for the trt patients.

If your are chasing serum concentrations of hcg to match LH, I agree it's impossible. My question is the effect on testes given the "pulsatile" delivery of hcg on a daily, eod basis.

That was the exact question...the pulsatile nature of LH and its stimulation on the testes. Am I to assume the leydig cells are CONSTANTLY stimulated from a substance with a 20 min 1/2 life?

Hope this finds everyone doing well. I need some help with just a basic question. I have been doing 2 sub q injections of test per week and daily injections of HCG (125 iu). Is there really that much upside to the daily vs. 250 eod of HCG? I'm just getting a little "injection fatigue" I guess...

....just to clarify, my .25 mg anastrozole is only with my test shot not everyday. This protocol is almost exact to Crislers' in his new book. Along with Nelson and Gene, I HIGHLY recommend this book. Quick read and great info.

I have always used it. Unfortunately, prior to finding Nelson, Gene et al, at a much higher rate / dose. I crashed my e2 far too low. For me the combo of sub q injections and smaller hcg doses did wonders.

Hello everyone. I was looking for a little input on something. My protocol is 75 mg of test cyp every 3.5 days. 125 iu hcg daily and .25 mg anastrozole with my shot. All injections are sub q by the way. Labs came in today and are as follows( pertinent I guess, there is more but...) test 726...

Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with preloading hcg. I recently switched to everyday injections of 125 iu. I wanted to preload and (I have heard) freeze a bunch, pull one each morning, let it thaw and inject. Any concern with freezing it or any problem with just prelaoding...
