I have a friend who's been struggling with low T now for a while. 8 months ago and recently he tested just above 300 total T and experiencing textbook symptoms. His doctor told him she "can't prescribe" because he's technically within the (Labcorp) reference range. The question I'm posing here...
I'm very surprised no one has responded to you. When I convert 9.38 nmol/L to ng/dL I get 270.538 ng/dL. That's a number I understand and if that's correct you are terribly low. Bet you feel like crap all the time as I've been there. Unfortunately I have no qualifications to make recommendations...
Would a good test be to try a grape seed oil formulation from a compounding pharmacy?
It would seem that allergies to cottonseed oil are rare but well documented. Those that do react, react badly.

Thanks guys,
I think I understand at least a little better. So using the calculator method I'm at
Free-T 10.1 ng/dL = 1.62 %
Bio- T 268 ng/dL = 43 %
Info I received in another thread indicates most would consider this on the low side. The effects of this on how I feel are quite...
So the direct free T test is meaningless but this is the test that you get from Discounted Labs which, correct me if I'm wrong, is owned by the owner of this site? Also, the calculator requires albumin as an input. Why is this not included in the DL test matrix? I thought I was confused but...
Can anyone help me understand how free testosterone is measured and how the results are interpreted? In Dec of 2017 my free-t was tested by Quest. Results were 189 pg/mL with a range of (35 - 155). Recently went with Discounted Labs (Labcorp) and got back what they call "Direct" and the results...
Wow, these responses are exactly what I was looking for. Really have me thinking about different things. It would be a difficult concept for me to consider exercise detrimental. I mean what's the point of testosterone replacement if not to help restore normal athletic performance? However...
Was hoping to just get another set of eyes on my numbers. If I've learned anything from this site it's not to fixate on just the numbers but also consider how one is feeling. Here lately I think I'm going the wrong direction. Not feeling so great, stamina is falling off, gains in the gym are...
I also ordered Ceebis 20mg to use with the stack and I also received instead the Erectafil from Combitic. The stuff seems completely inert and ineffective. I'd say your concerns are legit.

It's all in the labs and most importantly how you feel. Try the change, do your lab work and see how you feel. I've been at 50mg E3.5D for a while now and no E2 or HCT issues whatsoever.
Driven Mad and getting madder by the minute.
Yes, you'll find the effects of TRT to be measured in months/years. I, like many, started out expecting sudden results but soon realized good things come to those that wait. And those good things will come. I'm 12 months in and just now realizing the WOW! factor. Like someone else mentioned you...
Same Here. Easy and pain free. I don't feel a thing.
WrenchHead, yes I think the most common syringe used for TRT injections is the 1 ML. 1ML = 100IU. Very precise dosing is possible with the insulin syringe. And yes, you can draw and inject with the same needle. Hope this helps a little...
I'm on 50mg every 3.5 days. I draw a standard 100 unit insulin syringe to 25 units or .25ml. In your case you would draw the same syringe to 37.5 units or .375ml. See the relationship?
1ML = 200mg, 100 units = 1ML, .375ml x 200mg = 75mg
.375ml (37.5 units) twice a week is 150mg
eezy...
FWIW, give the delts a try. I'm on E3.5D and I use the exact same syringe as you in the delt. Injecting .25ml, I give the needle a little twist (like a drill) as it's breaking the skin and I take 5-10 seconds to plunge the contents. I never feel anything at all. No pain whatsoever during or...
Thanks guys,
That confirms what I already suspected. Despite printing it out and handing it to the technician they still got it wrong. I'll certainly take it up with Doc but I think I'm just going to come out of pocket and have it done by Discounted Labs to be sure it's done right. Thanks again.

First post here and thanks for the opportunity. This site is great.
Could someone help identify which test I received. I requested the Estradiol Ultrasensitive LC/MS/MS, Quest 30289 but I'm not sure that's what I received.
Here's the results:
ESTRADIOL LVL 31.6...
