Yeah it is kind of a big thing in my head cause ya know I have never had anything like this, but thanks for the sauce reccomendation - I have to be careful because I like asian food (not carryout lol) - soy I have a big taste for soy sauce and noodles. Is their anything such as good noodles or...
It depends what do you consider puberty? - I already have a lot of hair on my legs, face, arms, and pubes. I have a deep voice. Although no real muscle gain
hey this really helps alot, thanks for commenting. Yeah this will be an exteremly tough diet, I am not hooked on caffiene/alcohol/drugs, but I eat a mix of healthy/processed foods and getting off that is going to be nuts for my body
Okay so go for the diet, then take a deep look at all of these. I realize all this stuff needs a comprehensive look so is there a book where I can learn what all these numbers mean that you can reccomend?
Also how much do you think food effects T levels?
Hey guys so I posted on here A while ago that I had low T.
For some quick background knowledge
I just turned 20 today, and I have been researching low T.
So I orginally took a test from labcorp saying I had a T level of 253 ng/dl. so I went to the physician to see what I could do and he took...
I am only asking because I am sure you are knowledgable, but why exactly do you think I am too young? Is it good for me to sit here with Low T symptoms until I grow older and still have them?
Well First I am using some of the questions as you guys suggested then I want to write down a few of my own to screen the doctor on his (credibility/knowledge base) then what you guys said be aware if he pushes a Trt protocal then I checked the list of doctors/clinics on your guys' excel sheet...
I agree, do you think asking the same doctor for TRT would be effective for figuring out why its low or should I go to a general physician/eurologist? I only ask this because Idk if the Trt doctor would just try to sell to me and tell me to get on Trt. I just hate dealing with all these symptoms
I know it is not much info, I am calling a lab tomorrow and figuring out all the beginning things. I plan to get my blood panels soon. I would like to look into the trt and hcg method as well. Thanks for the response
Hey so I am new to this forum. I have been reading up a lot on testosterone. I have been reading a lot about the side effects of Trt and losing fertility. I heard clomid can maintain that and increase your T without stopping fertility. My current stats is I am 19 (almost 20) and I have a low...
I mean for the most part I assume. I will be 20 in a month. I saw for my age range my T was really low. Also I am having the side effects of it (mainly mental)
Hey so I just finished reading Jay campbells book The Trt Manual and had my blood tests done a month ago. I figured out my levels were 253 ng/dl (total testosterone) and 14.2 free testosterone and I am only 19. I was shocked and after discovering Low T I feel I found a new avenue giving me an...
