Sustained, slow-release, T3. Have you tried it? Thoughts?

Has anyone tried it and felt best on it? I have a strong suspicion that high dosages of T3 at once tend to drive up mens' SHBG and lower testosterone, having deleterious consequences. Even NDT twice a day can be considered high. Women probably aren't as susceptible to this. Perhaps slow-release...

    Is My T3 Ok

What time did you take your test and when was last dose? T3 levels are highly time-sensitive are known to peak after 4 hours and fall back to baseline levels 24 hours after last dose.

Slurred or confused speech is a Hypothyroid Symptom

Are you only on Nature Throid? The T3/T4 ratio in pig thyroid does not match the ratio within humans since a normal, healthy thyroid produces somewhere in the range of 10:1 T4 to T3. It appears that over the long run, your T4 became depleted which is why your symptoms have returned. I would...

[31M] 2 weeks on Clomid 12.5 mg ED. Should I ride it out?

Sorry, the labs I posted were before I started Clomid. So he went based off my high LH and the fact that my T is low for it. I never had a FSH done.

[31M] 2 weeks on Clomid 12.5 mg ED. Should I ride it out?

I feel worse after 2 weeks of being on Clomid 12.5 mg ED + Anastrozole 0.08 mg ED. I'm exhibiting increased muscle loss, fatigue, depression, brain fog symptoms, and it seems to be affecting my sleep. The doc mentioned I might have primary hypogonadism and suggested I try TRT but...

Low TSH and FT3/FT4 on levo. Switching to Naturethroid?

What's your diet like? You need to also look into lowering your antibodies by adapting an autoimmune paleo diet and seeing if that helps with what's causing the attack on your thyroid. I also highly recommend you switch to NDT since T4-only therapy doesn't seem to be working for you. A RT3 like...

Should I increase my Thyroid hormones or work on my Adrenals?

These are my blood labs for the past year. You can see on the notes what dosage I was on NDT (WP Thyroid). I still have lots of symptoms that I'm not sure if is due to my Adrenals or Thyroid. Note that I am a kidney donor with possible impairment to my left adrenal gland during surgery. I also...

My endo says high SHBG is good. Thoughts?

Thanks, I'm going to proceed with 50 mg DHEA every AM then and see how I do. I do have some hydrocortisone on hand and might experiment with 5 mg if I'm feeling especially fatigued that day to see if it has an effect.

My endo says high SHBG is good. Thoughts?

I am not on TRT. I believe it is my high SHBG that is pumping up my Testosterone serum so I'm not getting any benefits of that. My free T is still quite low. I am 30 y/o.

My endo says high SHBG is good. Thoughts?

Yep, aware of the adrenals. I'm becoming more and more convinced my root cause is my adrenals. If my adrenal is in fact lost during the surgery (which I'm 99% sure it is after speaking with other donors and reading literature), am I able to recover with just one adrenal or will I need...

My endo says high SHBG is good. Thoughts?

    Hello, I'm new here but I've been lurking awhile. What my endo is saying contradicts a lot of knowledge on these forums. I recently had labs: - Testosterone, serum -- 860 ng/dL (348 - 1197) - Testosterone, % free -- 1.0% (1.5-3.2) - Testosterone, free -- 86 pg/dL (52 - 280) - SHBG -- 64.7...
