So if most doctor miss this, what is the best way to get tested? Also when you say, “ did you get bitten by a tick....no... then it’s something else...” are you saying only if I remeber? I read th links you posted and I have none of the classic bite symptoms, the ring ect which is common not to...
Thank you for all of this info. I really do appreciate it. I worked outside most my life. But not really in any woodsy areas though. I have a friend that lives in the woods and would go out there every so often but that’s about it.
Yea years ago. When this all started it would just happen randomly. Almost anxiety like for no reason. Mostly during the middle of the night. It would wake me out of my sleep. Or sometimes randomly during the day. I had an ekg done and and told everything was perfectly normal. I came across...
Could a beta blocker at least hide this pounding heart beat problem? I’m at my wits end. Honestly I’m ready to just throw the toll on snd give. I feel maybe only 20-30% better then before starting trt, hcg, pregnenolone, dhea, all my supplements, thyroid medication and hydrocortisone. The...
Thank you very much. Unfortunately as bad as my adrenal fatigue is I’m unable to work currently and have no insurance. Hopefully it will all work out in the end.
I checked my blood pressure multiple times and along with my heart rate and neither are ever elevated. But yes I can feel my heart beat. Like it’s beating hard but not necessarily fast. It’s kinda hard to explain. But the same sensation as when you do anything physcial to her your heart rate up...
This issues has been going on since the beginning of 2016. I can always feel my heart beat. It feels like it’s beating hard like after you get done running or doing something active. It never goes away. It’s worse in the morning. Almost anxiety like but not anxiety as it’s constant. I’m on trt...
Started 5mg of hydrocortisone in the mornings per Dr. Saya recommendations. Unfortunately I feel with recently starting the thyroid medication and the hydrocortisone that it’s mke me sweat a lot and increase that adrenaline feeling I have. I’m hoping it’s something that my body just has to adapt...
Not that I know of. I had my antibodies checked when I had my thyroid test done and that came back ok. Just a high reverse t3z. So now I’m taking t3 for my thyroid. I have secondary hypogonadism which is an issue with my pituitary gland I believe so if just makes me wonder.
Wow that’s crazy! In 7th grade I had my head slammed into a cement wall when playing basketball. I’m not sure if that’s what causes my hypogonadism, hypothyroidism and adrenal fatigue but it makes me wonder. I’m currently waiting to hear back from Defy so see if hydrocortisone is still an option...
Ratbag, what mg are you taking and how are you taking it? I also use found I’m hypothyroid as well. Did you have the constant adrenaline feeling? Like your stuck in the fight or flight response?
I’m a patient of Defy medical and was diagnosed months ago with adrenal fatigue and was told I was a pretty complex case. Started me on natural supplements of the course of months and did another saliva test and the values on the test did fluctuate more in the right direction. Unfortunately I do...
I have not. I’ve been on trt for about 7 months now and Dr. Saya hasn’t mentioned anything to me about checking iron/ferritin levels yet. I think I did read that as well.
So my appointment isn’t until April 10th with Defy. I just got my results back and wanted to know if anyone could give me any insight as to what might mean. I’ve been a lot of research on my high free t3 but only because it’s labeled as “high” any help is appreciated. Thank you.
my apologies. I think maybe I just over analyzed everything. Sometime I feel as I have a hard time expressing things out loud. Something my wife struggles with me about to lol. I guess I didn’t realize that the sleep apnea could be the cause of my adrenal fatigue. I thought it was just to figure...
So I had another consult with Dr. Saya and unfortunately I dropped the ball I feel. I was trying to be positive despite still not feeling good. I was tell Had my self things are getting better (and they have to a certain extent) but I'm still not feeling good. My lack of sleep is really getting...
Has anyone gotten nausea from dhea, phosphatidylserine, or pregnenolone? I thought maybe I was getting the flu or I ate something wrong but I’ve been able to eat, I haven’t had diarrhea or thrown up and the nausea feels like the same as when I take vitamin d3. I forgot to ask Dr. Saya yesterday...
Dr. Saya, thank you very much for your response. I’m looking forward to our next chat as well! Also you are correct on my last saliva sample being at midnight.
It’s saya normal but he knows that it is NOT normal and is very well aware. In fact he thought maybe I labeled the bottles wrong because of how my levels are all over the place. I wish I had labeled them wrong but I’m 100 percent that I labeled them right.
I do remeber Dr. Saya mention something about the circadian rhythm. Also I was taking 5000iu of vit d3 a day but after around 3 months it made me have a sick stomach. So I backed down to 3000iu daily and so far have been fine.
I'm not sure really what's going on with my body. I am happy that my t levels have raised, my igf1 levels are good now, so is my dhea. It's just this cortisol issue that I feel is the main culprit to my struggles at this point. I don't know what stage my adrenal issue would be. Here is a...
But those people are probably at least getting quality sleep from the time they go to bed till that 2-4am. I get maybe 2-3 hours if I’m lucky where I w thallus feel like I slept. Other then that it just feel like rest of the nest I’m just resting and not actually sleeping. It’s an extremely...
I’m a patient of Defy and Dr. Saya. Little over 2 months ago we did a saliva test to check my cortisol levels and was told it was quite a complex case, and so much so that he wanted to make sure that intact i labeled my containers right, which I assured him I did. And that my cortisol at its...
