Has anyone here been on TRT long term (years) with no HCG and Regained fertility?

I presumed you'd be coming off TRT to regain fertility. If you've lost it, it's probably going to be pretty hard to get it back without coming off TRT for a while. You may not have lost it though, some guys don't. Have you gone and had a fertility test?

Has anyone here been on TRT long term (years) with no HCG and Regained fertility?

Not quite what I said buddy. You missed the part where I came off for 6 months and used enclomid to restore my fertility.

Has anyone here been on TRT long term (years) with no HCG and Regained fertility?

I was on it for about 8 years with "very patchy" HCG usage, certainly nowhere near the recommended amounts to preserve fertility. I came off, did PCT, switched on to enclomid for 6 months. Fertility was fine, froze some sperm (just in case) and went back on the TRT (because I felt shit on the...

TRT & HGH - Left Ventricular Hypertrophy Risks

Got my echo results back: Am I correct in assuming this is the relevant figure? If so, it shows mild LVH (which wouldn't be unexpected I guess given I've been lifting heavy weights for a long time). Doc said everything totally normal overall, no causes for concern.

TRT & HGH - Left Ventricular Hypertrophy Risks

Ok thanks, so I'm understanding "because I've lifted for years, if I have a little LVH it's not problematic. And there's no real way to know if a couple of months of HGH will cause it to increase, you just have to do it and check?"

TRT & HGH - Left Ventricular Hypertrophy Risks

Yes, been lifting for many years, not so much of a runner. I presume there's a threshold over which LVH becomes potentially problematic?

TRT & HGH - Left Ventricular Hypertrophy Risks

Ah ok, that's my mistake then. I will get an echocardiogram as a baseline. Thanks

TRT & HGH - Left Ventricular Hypertrophy Risks

I had a full health check a couple of years ago which included an ECG, and the consultant just said "totally normal". Can't find a copy of it to hand unfortunately. Only planning on running the HGH for a couple of months, just wondered if the risk is quantifiable in any way.

TRT & HGH - Left Ventricular Hypertrophy Risks

I'm the wrong side of 40 now, and picked up some non-trivial injuries which are taking months to fully heal. I've got hold of some HGH, which I was planning to use for a couple of months at 3IU/day for a couple of months to speed the injury healing. I've been on TRT for around a decade now...

    Enclomiphene - eye floaters?

Right, I had no idea it was possible to boost one's feeling of wellbeing with enclo + GnRH beyond what I just considered "normal" on standard TRT. Very interesting, I'll read the links, thanks.

    Enclomiphene - eye floaters?

When you refer to the subjective results, you mean how you feel on a daily basis? Can you notice a difference from the enclo on top of the TRT which (presumably) makes you feel good already?

    Enclomiphene - eye floaters?

Thanks, the article was interesting, and is food for thought. My floaters have settled back down to their usual (awful) state today, so as I suspected, I was just having a bad spell with them, and then got it into my head it might be because of the enclo. I came off shots on to enclo for...

    Enclomiphene disappointment.

Long term, it's TRT via tablets now for me. My natural T level was around 220 before I first started TRT about 8 years ago, so there's not much for me to go back to.

    Enclomiphene - eye floaters?

Check out Dr. Jerry Sebag - he has pioneered a partial vitrectomy for floaters which avoids cataract formation

    Enclomiphene - eye floaters?

Thanks for sharing - but do we know definitely if this applies to enclo as well?

    Enclomiphene - eye floaters?

Been on enclo for about 6 weeks, feeling decent on it, 12.5mg ED. I've always had shocking eye floaters, 100s, some thick filaments which obscure my vision. Kind of got used to them, checked many times by eye doctors, nothing wrong as such. Gradually gotten worse over the years. Last few days...

    Enclomiphene disappointment.

For what it's worth, I came off TRT after 8 years and then on to 12.5mg enclo ED. Felt pretty poor for the first few weeks, got bloods done, my E2 was very high. Added 0.25mg adex E3D and now I feel pretty good - not quite as great as I did on shots, but perfectly fine given I don't have to jab...

Post-TRT restart not going well - how long to wait for fertility to recover before going back on T shots?

Thanks for the response, understood. I saw a study where 100% of the trial participants retained fertility after 1 year of TRT, using 500IU HCG EOD. However, I've also seen a lot of other forum posts of guys saying that's too high, and not that much is required. What is the recommended baseline...

Post-TRT restart not going well - how long to wait for fertility to recover before going back on T shots?

I was diagnosed with secondary hypogonadism in my early 30s (I'm 40 now), and went on TRT around the age of 32. Pre-TRT T level was 220 (although I probably crashed it lower than it should have been by cutting all fat out my diet, but even at age 27 I think it was only 300 or so). After some...

Why is 200 mg/wk the "upper limit" for TRT?

Just thought I'd chip in with my experience on being on 200mg test cyp/week (100mg twice weekly) for several years now (0.25mg adex EOD, 250IU HCG twice weekly). I'm 35, 6'1, 200lb at 10% bf. It costs a fortune to get bloods done here in the UK, but at most recent check last year, hematocrit...
