I concur. Very unlikely it's the T itself, could be the carrier, do you know which you're using? Cottonseed, Grapeseed, or Sesame seed oil? Unlikely, but could be.
Also, I agree that it's likely a psychosomatic response to self-injecting, even with your clinical experience. In medic school did...
Our telemedicine model is 24/7. I used to travel incessantly for work, so Telthera was made for people with crazy schedules not conducive to office visits.
Why don't you shoot me an email and I'll give you more details. Also feel free to check us out online www.telthera.com

If you are still struggling to find a provider willing to treat a T level >250 let me know, we can see you either remotely or in our Timonium office since you live in Maryland.
Thanks,
Scott

We here at Telthera would be happy to help you get on the right track, feel free to send me a private message, I'd like see your labs.
Regardless, I agree with most of what is said here. You should get away from this practitioner and go with someone more amenable to your changing needs be it us...
I agree with you, compliance is key. Diet and exercise are like anything else, they take will power. Psychologist Roy F. Baumeister published on a theory that will power is essentially a currency and doing tasks that take will power deplete our reserve, while giving into temptation replenishes...
I agree with you and our friends. I tried BPC in the past for a different issue and didn't see results. Giving THB-500 a try this time based on a friends user experience. If it is placebo, I hope I have the same placebo effect he did haha.
All,
Sorry for the delay, here is my update.
I had to attend a biomedical conference in california from October 17-19. I got on a plane at 9am the night of the 19th and landed at 7am on the 20th. I went directly to the hospital and had surgery at 9:30am on the 20th.
Surgery on the 20th went...
Hey Gang,
Last Saturday while playing social sports (football) I suffered a distal Biceps tendon rupture (complete). I will be undergoing surgery on Friday the 20th (13 days post injury) for an open biceps tendon repair.
For those interested. I will attempt to check in here periodically and do...
Most of our guys either use insulin syringes (29G or 21G) or a 27G needle at a slanted angle (bevel down) depending on where they are injecting.
Thanks,

Second this, do you have any labs you can post at all?
Also, is this water retention spread throughout the entire body? Or is it concentrated in any areas like hands/feet/etc?
What is your body weight when you wake up vs when you go to bed?
Do you monitor your LBW, Fat %, etc? Can you share...
Happy to see some improvements, especially in that LDL.
The Triglycerides could be a lot of things, how is your diet? How much alcohol do you drink? What's your stress like? Did you fast for this? If you had a fatty meal the night before that could thro.w off the lipid panel (LDL and HDL...
Got it and yes I do see the difference. But in this specific thread we were discussing a particular case and possible association, not a global blanket statement about all users of DHEA, seems like that's where a lot of the confusion was.
I find it interesting that you've never encountered...
What Genesis wrote is an honest post. Through various ventures I have relationships with most of these pharmacies at some level or another as well as a few smaller business type compounding pharmacies.
At the end of the day the quality of the products these pharmacies put out is rigorously...
Just out of curiosity, have you ever experienced any negative side effects, particularly hairloss at these dosages? While I agree with the optimal dosage recommendations, I know a few guys who had to scale it back due to temporary hairloss. They still see benefits on lower dose HCG, not as...
Let's cut down some of these strawmen, no one is saying DHEA doesn't have benefits. Given your background, I am genuinely curious as to what your interpretation here is. Do you believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that there is no way DHEA causes anxiety in any individual? I doubt you believe that...
I think you are missing a key point, everything said about DHEA (and T for that matter) side effects is true in some individuals. If it happens the patients, as stated on Mayo and on this forum ad nauseum, should consult with their physician. Just because I or anyone else (Mayo) says "has been...
lol if the standard E2 lab wasn't changing despite a gradual increase in AI, theoretically you could prescribe 1mg AI daily and justify it. My point is that each case is different and often providers have a case or two where they have to "prescribe outside the box" if you will. So it's not...
DHEA has not been as well studied in men. How it affects some people isn't how it affects all. While you might have great anti-anxiety reducing results, someone else may experience elevated anxiety. This could be due to a number of factors or underlying conditions which are known or not known...
We don't do it here at Telthera, that said there is no such thing as a universal no no, and the docs at Defy are well respected. There is likely a reason they're giving this therapy a shot, no pun intended. Without knowing your history, complete labs, etc. no one here can offer any real...
Ok, there's the confusion, you aren't injecting 33mg, you are injecting ~33ml of a 200mg/ml solution, so ~66mg per dose or roughly 200mg per week. Very big and important difference.

As many here will tell you, that E number is not necessarily high based on your T level, it is within the ratio that Nelson and many others including myself find acceptable.
Can't really comment on anything else without fresh labs, looking forward to seeing them.
