I stumbled across MintRX today. The seem to be selling a lot of compounded meds, including pt-141 as a nasal spray. They also list selling testosterone cypionate, prorionate, and enanthate.
Just wondering if anyone has any info on this place and if they are trustworthy...
I think in general, docs like to use two different categories of blood in pressure medicine when more reductions are needed. By using two, doses can be kept lower and therefore side effects are in lower.
Hey everyone, I'm having some psychological fallout from TRT, erectile dysfunction, and related relationship problems. I'm trying to convince my wife to do couples therapy but currently failing on that front.
I've seen a therapist in the past a few times. It helped in the short term, but...
Hey Maryland folks, does anyone have and updates on good docs? I've been going to Dr. proctor at Mid-Atlantic Urology, and he is ok. He's fine with keeping me on injections and HCG with total testosterone levels around 1000, but he didn't have any advice on BP medicines and ED. I'll keep...
Does anyone have experience with CVS Specialty Pharmacy for HCG? A couple years ago I tried to get it filled under insurance and CVS specialty wouldn't even let me pay out of pocket and just flat out refused to send it because it wasn't covered.
I totally agree with the PBMs being awful. My...
I'm 46, and have been on TRT for about 8 years. I'll put my regimen below, but I'm pretty locked in for TRT, although 5 mg daily tadalifil doesn't always cut it.
Anyway, my bp has been creeping up over the years.
I've been on Lisinopril 20 mg for 10 years. But have been running 135/84 on...
I refilled my Rx from Empower today...so I should have at least 6 months worth. I'm not looking forward to the nightmare.
Last time I tried, CVS specialty pharm wouldn't fill the Rx because it wasn't covered by my insurance...and wouldn't even fill it if I payed out of pocket.
Interesting. Wikipedia does indicate that naringin inhibits cytochrome P450 enzymes, including CYP3A4 and CYP1A2. This would apply to naringenin because it is converted to naringin in the liver. Not sure the accuracy of Wikipedia's source (I didn't look at it), but drug interactions could be a...
I just posted on here that my TRT protocol is letting me down after a few years of doing pretty well. I've been using the Empower HCG for years, but maybe it is letting me down.
I'm hesitant to order an injectable from outside the US. Any other good US sources of HCG?
Vince, I like the answer. If the hammer doesn't work, get a bigger hammer.
Ajax31, My diet is pretty good but there is no "healing" my upper GI problems. Hiatal hernia and Barret's aren't fixable without surgery and I've been told the surgery far worse than the risk with PPIs. But thank you...
Hi everyone. I’m 45 and been on TRT for 6 or 7 years now (Excelmale has been a fantastic resource!!). For the past 5 years I’ve had things dialed in pretty well.
But the last few months I’ve been having anxiety and ED problems even though I have increased my daily Cialis to 15 mg!! (I’m not...
Hey Spiffy. I have seen Dr. Proctor who I think is in the Annapolis office that Dr. Melograna use to have. I've only had 2 telephone appointments, but he was fine with continuing my current protocol with every other day T and HCG.
I had gone to someone at Chesapeake Uro a few years ago and...
The last time I went to the cardiologist they had a sign for take home sleep study equipment. Might be worth calling and asking around.
I have a cpap and my wife hates it because the noise level changes when I breathe in and out. It's a philips model, system one I think, and has several...
Parents don't support medical claims...they only indicate something is new. Something doesn't seem right as there is no info on clinical testing or drug approval.
I just had an apt with Dr. Melograna's replacement, Dr. Proctor (spelling?), by phone (due to COVID19). He didn't change anything and is mailing me prescriptions. So, for now, I'll stick with the practice.
I’ve been on TRT for over 1 year now and things are really going well...life is looking much better from this side it just took a while. A million thanks for the people on this site and if you are beginning TRT give it time. I have been injecting every other day 0.25 ml testosterone cypionate...
Thanks everyone for the advice. I bought these because the had the same needle size and length. Seems to have a very low dead volume and the needle retracts after injection and the plunger snaps off making it easy to travel with and bring back home to dispose of...
Glad to hear the bimix is working. I understand the concern about side effects. I've been told I'm too young (early 40s) because men get hooked on it. I did see a drug ad for a medicine for peyronie's disease so I wonder if that is a possible treatment should complications occur. I look...
I have been injecting 0.25 ml Test. Cypionate, IM in the glutes, every other day. I currently use a 1cc, 25g 5/8" leur lok syringe/needle.
I was originally taking it 2x a week, so I drew with a 21g and switched to the 25g to inject. Now, I don't switch.
But, it seems like I'm wasting...
I specified Empower for meds from Defy, but just got an order from Hallandale. I'm very skeptical about this kind of stuff. One thing people complain about is customer service from Hallandale. I checked the BBB, and they have an A+ rating despite one negative review (that they handled). Here...
I recently was advised that my TRT protocol might benefit from adding a small amount of compounded Testosterone cream to my scrotum to increase DHT (mainly for libido). I don't currently have DHT blod results.
I am concerned about exposure to others. The doc explained that I would have to...
I just had my second apt with Dr Calkins today and I am very impressed. My last apointment was one hour long and we covered a great deal. This time, my protocol is more stable but we went through all the labs and he listened very well to my concerns and even returned to some with additional...
