Agreed it'll help from losing muscle. I wouldn't go too steep with a calorie reduction right off the bat. Try and start with a 10-20 percent deficit, this way when weight loss slows down, you have somewhere to go rather than being at such an extreme deficit. Good Luck

I went through a brief period where libido was much better. I was using 160 mgs/wk, but according to blood work my T levels were in the mid 500's so the Dr. increased the dose to 200. Go figure huh?

Labs aside, I felt better at 150mgs/wk going 2 x's wk, and no A.I. and recently went to 200/wk, eod and sex drive seems worse and def got nipple sensitivity, but in all fairness to my Dr 150mgs/wk only got me into the hgh 500's for T. Still trying to dial this in though.

No SBHG was checked in the initial blood work, it was o.k.(trying to find a copy of my bloods as we speak). I'm already doing 2x's a week with no problems so I can switch to ed with a slin pin too. Just wasn't sure if 240mgs/cyp was out of the healthy range for trt.......and yes I wonder about...
