definitely seeing urologist again next friday.
i also went back to my very 1st pre-TRT blood test results and it turns out my HGB is 17.7 / HCT is 56.1%. maybe i just have abnormally high blood thickness just in general. i'll give aspirin and fish oil a shot!
hi guys, i'm back again.
been having some high pressure in my head the past few days, i noticed it most when i was running on the treadmill few days ago.
a 1-minute bloodtest showed my hemoglobin at 19.5, which is about ~58 or ~59 hematocrit. last blood test shows everything else across the...
Unreal.. Just got the results from my latest blood work, my testosterone came out to just above 1800. PSA drop down to about 2.5 (from 3.7), which my doctor was very happy about. I'm thinking either the anastrazole builded up my testosterone levels OR (extremely unlikely) I misdosed myself once...
i inject once a week on the same day, same dosage. i'm prescribed the miniature bottles (1ml/200mg) and my dosage is 0.75ml each time. i HIGHLY doubt i accidentally injected twice on the same week, or if i mis-measured, i couldn't have gone over 0.25ml. but these are all great replies, thanks...
I have been on TRT since I found out my testosterone level was under 150 at the age of 30. Going into my sixth month of TRT, I have been taking monthly blood test monitoring to make sure my levels are OK throughout the early stages of TRT. My doctor has been noticing a slight increase of my PSA...
Thanks very much. Will consider the 1/2 weekly dose E3.5D. As for the arimidex, I reduced it to 0.5mg E3.5D. Definitely hearing too often 2x1mg per week is far too much!
Oh no, I wish I saw your reply sooner. I literally just washed down a 1mg tablet anastrozole with my dinner only a couple hours ago. I am currently injecting once a week and my dose is 160mg test cypionate per injection. How much anastrozole do you recommend I take per week?
Thanks for input, Vince! Just got back from the doctor and saw blood draw results from a September 4, 2015. My E2 climbed up to 88! Doc says this is the reason for my slow hair growth, and recently a mild tingling in my nipples (very mild, but still the worst throbbing since starting TRT). She...
This video is amazing, I didn't know you could mix HCG with TestCyp in a single injection. Would it be OK to do this in the thigh? That's personally where I prefer my injections.
Of course! I took 3 blood tests since June. Here are the results I have:
Results pre-TRT, June 2015
Total T: 248
Free T: 23
E2: N/A (doc didnt test for this)
SHGB: 33
PSA: 1.7
HCT: 56%
HGB: 18.1
1 month into TRT... Blood test results, July 2015:
Total T: 735
Free T: 59
E2: 44
SHGB: 43
PSA: N/A...
I'm asian, generally don't grow much facial hair, but I do grow enough stubs to need daily shaving. My first week on TRT, saw my mustache and beard grew super fast! But over time it slowed down immensely. Just three weeks ago I began to notice that my mustache and beard are growing awfully slow...
Yes I decided to donate every 3 months or so just to be on the safe side.
I believe so. My June 2015 bloodwork shows a PSA result was 1.7 with a standard range of < 4.0. But what is PSA?
Yes my doctor pointed that out yesterday. I let her know I'm OK with occasionally donating blood. I think my first blood test after starting TRT showed result of around 53% hematocrit and then my most recent blood test resulted closer to 49% hematocrit. I should donate blood.
Not sure if it was a "sensitive" test. However, I stopped taking tamoxifen 3 days ago and visited my doctor today. Got some blood drawn, and surprisingly she brought up today that I should never have taken tamoxifen to begin with, I suggested anastrozole and she will be having me on anastrozole...
Also here's my full comprehensive result from that test in addition to the free/total T, SHBG, and E2 if any of this is relevant at all:
WBC @ 5.20 10^3/uL
Range = 3.50-10.30
RBC @ 5.40 10^6/uL
Range = 3.83-5.83
HGB @ 17.0 g/dL
Range = 12.6-16.0
Above high normal
HCT @ 49.2 %...
Frankly I'm unsure if my E2 was measured via "sensitive" test. I highly doubt it, I'll have to speak to my doctor about that. But here is my most recent Test/E2 results about 1 month into TRT, before beginning tamoxifen.
Lab Results - July 17
% Free Testosterone Index (ng/dL) @ 59
Range =...
Thanks for the warm welcome! I believe the biggest reason for why I was prescribed tamoxifen is because two weeks after beginning treatment, I went back for a check up and told my doctor I felt tingling sensations in my nipples several times. My estradiol levels was at approximately 51–52 and my...
New member here! I started to TRT a little under two months ago and after one month on TRT, my estrogen and estradiol levels shot up high. Dr. prescribed me tamoxifen. At 10 mg daily. Is tamoxifen something I'll have to take every day for as long as I'm on TRT?
Hello everybody, they call me JD but I'll go by JamesTRT on this forum. I am very glad that I have found this community. What led me here was Nelson's video on TRT and he seems very experienced and well educated on the topic. I started TRT a little under two months ago when I found out that my...
