Excelmale.com home page and forum not displaying correctly

Anyone else seeing this? It's been happening to me for the last 2 weeks on several different computers on Chrome and IE. If I clear the browser cache, it will go back to the old design but eventually look like what you see below. Happens whether I am logged in or not.
