No feeling during ejaculation

I have no feeling during ejacuation , I have strong erections but I don’t have any real feeling in testies also seems like it doesn’t shoot out . Any thoughts am 56 last test was when 52 and total was 790 everything else in range SHBG 52

time of the blood test

labs are to be drawn between certain hours to insure testosterone is at its peak.thats assuming the average person sleeps from 10 pm to 6 am and bllods drawn at 8 am.but what is a person sleeps from 8pm to 3am and get bloods drawn at 9am wouldnt that be the same as person #1 having bloods drawn...

Low fsh

I have normal test but fsh on the lower end of range,after researching fsh I learned that it controls sperm production and that is my number one symptom it feels like my testical don't make enough sperm and my oragsim suck and after ejacuation it take days to fill back up.i don't have that...

ok am 47 and just got my blood work back total test 495 was 740 last year,had high ferritin 346 but normal iron,cholesterol was 160,hdl 60,ldl 100,tri 56 i asked him to chesk my estrogen and he looked at me strange on the test it says estrogen non pregnant test result 40.i been on low carb diet...
