This is mind boggling for me. No anti E currently. Test Cyp 120 weekly ( 60 / 60 ). Test at 900+ and yet Estrogen still low 6.9. This has to be uncommon

Not taking any AI of any kind and have had low estrogen. Take a low 60mg t cyp weekly in 30mg 2x a week currently. Is upping the T dose to 100+ the solution? No doctors in my area have much experience in TRT. Blood work attached
