Alternatives to Defy

Hey there, Wondering if anyone knows of any alternatives to Defy for TRT clinics? My rx from Defy never made it to me and they are unfortunately refusing to send me more. 90 days with no TRT sounds like a terrible idea to me so I am looking for alternatives. Any suggestions would be greatly...

Starting NDT and follow up FT3 tests

Hi all, Two days ago I started taking NDT (2 grains per day) and I am wondering how long I should wait to test my ft3 and ft4 to see changes. I have been taking body temps every day and tracking energy as well. Thanks Ken
