Hi , i would like to know why arimidex impact negatively the lipid profile IS it because of the drug itself , or is it because you crash your E2 too low, and the low E2 cause this side ( such as the joint pain side of adex which is caused by the low E2 and not the " drug itself" ) Thanks.

if i took 0.5 mg arimidex on monday . and then 0.25 on friday given the fact that arimidex has a 2 days half life . that mean that on friday i have 0.125 mg of the monday dosage in the blood , and i add the 0.25 mg of the friday : so i end up with 0.375 mg of arimidex in the blood ?

my E2 are 40-45 pg/ ml and I need to reduce them to the 20 pg range IS 0.25 mg adex twice a week too much ? IS it better to start with 0.125 mg twice a week ? or 0.25 mg ONCE a week ? thanks

hi i wanted to know if the oestrogen rebound after stopping arimidex is a real thing ? do you have to taper off arimidex and if you stop it cold turkey , that would mean that the E2 level would raise higher than the initial value ? (and not coming back to the initial value , pre AI )
