Switching! Adex to aromasin

When does aromasin start to work? Yesterday I took 12,5 aromasin but I still had to take 1/4 Adex to bring E2 down at night. Adex works extremely fast always. I know that mg for mg aromasin is weaker. But how long does it take to for exemestane?
