High Prolactin levels

I just got my results for my latest blood tests and my prolactin is at 25.9, normal levels are 3 to 20 ng/ml I have been on TRT for over 10 years. Any thoughts, has anyone else dealt with high prolactin. All my other numbers are very good.

Adding HRT cream to my protocol

My provider has added HRT cream to my protocol. Low dose cream (12.5) application daily along with my (bi-weekly) testosterone injections. Anyone else doing this protocol? Did it help with Libido? any side effect? I have been on TRT for about 10 years

Metformin and insomnia

I’m taking metformin 500 morning and night. For anti aging purposes only. Im not diabetic. My a1c is 5. The problem I’m having taking before bed keeps me awake for hours. Has anyone else had this? I may just take it once a day only
