When to draw blood?

I apologize in advance if this is posted on a thread somewhere but I couldn't find it. I'm sure this was asked a million times already. When do people draw blood work while on trt? Is it the day before your injection or the day of injection? If you inject Monday and Thursday? Is it better on...

Quick question about trt without hcg

Let's say if someone took testosterone every week for 5 years without hcg, at early 30s. Will adding hcg later help them recover and conceive a child? Or are they permanently shutdown? Or can simply adding hcg give hope again?
