I'm sure the studies and obtaining and FDA approval for the Time Line product was expensive. Also, their marketing:

I tend to avoid any of these and just dissect the ingredients and go shopping for comparable products. Sometimes you have to buy the expensive...
I started by looking at the MitoPure product, Time Line. This has been FDA approved and has clinical validation. The study is posted on this thread. Their dosage is 500 mg. Ingredients are Urolithin A, Lecithin, MCT Oil and Annato. Their price, 111.00 for 30 days...
Try both, I prefer the perineum over the scrotum. As for myself, I apply it to the penis, it increases sensitivity. You mentioned that you were using it for PFS symptoms, so you would likely want more of a systemic distribution.
After reading this thread, I started on 1000 mg of Urolithin A, which is on the high end of the dosage recommendations. After 3 weeks, there is a definite increase in endurance and strength. My workout today was great! I can tell a difference.
Take a dime sized drop of it in your hand and apply it to the area. Be sure to rub it in well. Areas that have the best results are the perineum, abdomen, inner bicep and shoulder. The perineum will yield the most noticeable effects. Increase the dose based on results.
Good post, these same questions keep being asked in spite of the overwhelming information available. This is a simplified and concise answer for those with little to no knowledge and experience.
Thank you for pointing that out, I need to proof my posts a bit better sometimes, I meant to say 50mg. Yes, 250 mg is far too big of a dose of P-5-P. You need between 50-100 mg., 50 is best. I edited the post to reflect that.
If you are looking for raw powder, or finished topicals, good luck. You can read through this thread for some information:

You may have read too much into that statement. Properly balanced T3 is essential for sexual function. L Tyrosine can increase thyroid levels and can cause hyperthyroid symptoms. This is dose dependent and selective among those who may be predisposed...
Aside from the supplements, the information you are stating regarding your testosterone and estradiol (hopefully not estriol) test results are not enough to draw any kind of conclusion. To oversimplify, it's the amount of free testosterone that isn't bound to SHBG that matters. Total T levels...
The Neurotransmitter Stack: Pyridoxal-5'-Phosphate + L-Tyrosine
L-Tyrosine is a precursor to L-DOPA, and L-DOPA gets converted to dopamine by AADC:

AADC is a P5P dependent enzyme. Thus, by combining L-Tyrosine with P5P...
The active form of B6 is P-5-P:

I just ordered a new transdermal base. I'll report back once it's been tested:

It appears that the PhloJel site has taken down the mixing directions. It's a good thing I kept a copy:

What you are describing is more common than you might think. A few things come to mind that may help. For one, that is a very large dose of HCG. You would be better off to break it into 3-4 weekly doses of 250-300 IU's.
You didn't mention your age.
Have your prolactin levels checked, elevated...

Interesting, the 5AR Society is now offering DHT Propionate, and it's cheaper than the Enanthate:

I buy powder in bulk and make my own cream, search the forum for specifics. Also, DHT Enanthate is available here:

Also search the forum for that topic. Several members have ordered it and tried it out. I have not used it personally, and have not...
I have had a libido bump from all of the above albeit short lived. For whatever reason, Melanotan 2 was intense at first, but I was getting moles, so I had to stop. Proviron is great used sporadically but it fades quickly (for me anyway). DHT has been the one true constant product for libido...
I have seen the results of this from people I know who have had it done. It expensive, but results are very good if you haven't lost too much of your hair. If you are slick bald, don't bother as it will not give you enough volume.
This treatment works very well. Zero side effects from 1% topical finasteride. Also, the Minoxidil I use is at 15% with Azeliac acid to aid in absorption. I have had very good results with this combo.
I follow your logic and agree to a certain extent. However, I do disagree on this particular subject. I believe the natural diurnal rhythm to be ideal. As @madman stated, the body is not supposed to be in a state of elevated testosterone for extended periods of time. That throws off the balance...
I'm not certain what you were referring to exactly. The statement is referring to the daily ebb and flow of testosterone, not stating that TRT doesn't have its purpose. I have been on bi weekly T Cyp for 20 years with excellent results. But if we could replicate the natural diurnal cycle with...
"Natural endogenous testosterone secretion is pulsatile and diurnal."
This is an inarguable fact that is often overlooked or brushed aside. You cannot improve on the natural cycle. It's the ebb and flow that creates balance.
