From the report, Eutrig is double dosed, so did you take that into account when mixing.

From reading, it seems most recommend the free T4 to be on the higher end scale. I can get levothyroxine , just don’t know a good starting dose.

Yes, I do well with higher E2 40-60pg. with the tablets unfortunately you don't get much estradiol, it is converted by the liver to estriol in a large amounts. Creams or injections are your best bet. Also HCG

I suffer from low e2 as well , the .25mg cream is fine. I tried cream of the same strength and is took my estradiol from less than 15pg to 24pg, so likely twice a day would have been better.

To the OP, testosterone can spike your norepinephrine which will cause high bp. Which should normal out after a while.
