    NAD+

So I’m thinking that the NAD+ might be 500mg for the entire bottle. If that’s the case I probably need to order one more

    NAD+

@BadassBlues so just to clarify, ur starting out doing 50mg per injection, 3 times per week, for a total of 150mg/ week?

    NAD+

Idk, from the anecdotes that I’ve seen it can pretty amazing for some in regards to energy and mental clarity. Some people report not feeling much tho. Everyone’s different. But I’ve seen enough positive anecdotes where the changes were pretty substantial to want to give it a go. Plus it’s a lot...

    NAD+

Ya from my limited research in the past like 4-5 days, it seems like people usually use between 50-100mg per week. So maybe 20mg/ week was just too low to notice anything

Extreme Fatigue With a Few Clues in Blood Work. What am I Missing?

@obesechess also, in regards to ur thyroid, u should be getting a decent amount of iodine in ur diet, in order for ur thyroid to function properly. Ur not going to get much iodine from fruits and vegetables. The one exception is cranberries. Cranberries tend to have very good levels of iodine...

Extreme Fatigue With a Few Clues in Blood Work. What am I Missing?

It’s so ironic seeing people still thinking they’re improving their health by consuming as many vegetables as possible, when in reality, all ur doing is causing harm. I know it’s a very hard concept for most people to wrap their heads around, but plants are literally trying to kill u! lol. No...

Help me make up my mind about a change in protocol

Awesome, thanks for the reply. And taking longer to inject into the muscle might actually cause less damage than it all going in very quickly. Never even thought of that. So that could be another potential pro for an even smaller gauge. Think I’m gonna grab some 30 gauge needles next to I need...

Help me make up my mind about a change in protocol

So u used 30 gauge insulin needles? How slow is the process of injecting? Do u backfill the 30 gauge, or u use the same 30 gauge needle to draw as u do inject? I’m currently drawing with a 27 gauge and backfilling a 29 gauge to inject. Might consider switching to a 30 gauge to inject

Is my ED physical, psychological or hormonal?

Just came across a few anecdotes on erowid about selegiline that might be helpful to u as well https://erowid.org/experiences/exp.php?ID=13628 https://erowid.org/experiences/exp.php?ID=22438

Is my ED physical, psychological or hormonal?

So pramipexole and cabergoline are the two dopamine agonists that are used in the bodybuilding community, and I’ve always heard that they come with some worrying sides. More so cabergoline. Think the sides were related to the heart. But maybe I’ve always heard those two have sides because of the...

Is my ED physical, psychological or hormonal?

Here’s another post from the same guy genericshitaccount 5y ago Well for me the libido boost took a while to become really apparent. For me that effect has sort of accumulated over time too. I think your dose may be a little bit too high, if you take it daily there's no need to go over 1.25~...

Is my ED physical, psychological or hormonal?

I don’t think I’ve personally seen any improvement in libido while on it. My libido is pretty healthy tho. So maybe it would be less if I stopped taking it. I don’t take a lot tho. Right now I’m just taking 1.25mg sublingually every three days Theoretically tho there’s a pretty good chance it...

Is my ED physical, psychological or hormonal?

I get my selegiline prescribed by Defy, my HRT clinic, but u can purchase it without a prescription as well. Here’s one of the most popular websites that members here use https://www.alldaychemist.com/selgin-5-mg.html

Is my ED physical, psychological or hormonal?

I wouldn’t go on synthetic thyroid meds anyways. If ur gonna take meds for ur thyroid, I would always go with NDT from pig thyroids. But ur thyroid values aren’t too far off. I’m sure u can optimize them simply by optimizing ur diet

Extreme Fatigue With a Few Clues in Blood Work. What am I Missing?

The definition of hormesis is a little ambiguous. It’s basically the process of being exposed to low grade stressors, and/ or low dose toxins, to get an overall beneficial effect within the body. But there’s two different types of hormesis. One is where u get a hormetic effect that’s beneficial...

Extreme Fatigue With a Few Clues in Blood Work. What am I Missing?

Not a horrible idea. But I feel like most people here are probably sick of hearing how most of the foods we were told growing up that were healthy, are actually foods that are unhealthy, and we should avoid consuming them on a regular basis, if optimal health is the goal. Sometimes I cant help...

Impact of TRT and Supraphysiological Testosterone Doses on Biological Aging

I personally just go by the range labcorp and quest uses. I personally feel best with a free T higher than average. At least 40 on Labcorp’s range, and at least 400 on quest’s range. Which might seem really high to some, but that’s just where I’ve found that I feel best. And there’s a famous TRT...

Extreme Fatigue With a Few Clues in Blood Work. What am I Missing?

Oh dude, exogenous pesticides are the least of my worries when consuming vegetables. Exogenous pesticides are obv horrible for u, but there’s infinitely more endogenous pesticides that vegetables produce on their own, that u have to worry about equally as much, if not more. There was a study...

Extreme Fatigue With a Few Clues in Blood Work. What am I Missing?

Why consume foods that contain endogenous pesticides, exogenous pesticides, antinutrients, plant toxins/ defense chemicals and heavy metals, to improve health, when u can get all the same micronutrients, and many more, in other foods that contain no compounds that cause harm within the body when...

    ED/low libido even with TRT

@42HRT u could alway look into selegiline. It’s a drug that increases dopamine within the body. Dopamine and prolactin have an inverse relationship. Where if one goes down, the other goes up, and vice versa. Selegiline can enhance sexual function via it increasing dopamine, and again, thus...

    ED/low libido even with TRT

Too much T3 can decrease sexual function? I had no idea this was a thing. Very interesting. Do u have any info or vids that talks about this? Would love to check them out if u have them handy. If not it’s all good. I trust that u research stuff very well before making an assessment on...

Is my ED physical, psychological or hormonal?

@TestBoosted there’s a bunch of reasons why fatty ruminant animal meat should be the source of most of the calories anyone consumes on a daily basis, but a few of the reasons are because it packs way more nutrition than any other food per calorie, other than maybe beef liver, and contains vital...

Is my ED physical, psychological or hormonal?

Ya if u can’t get ur hands on nandrolone, in order to try out the nandrolone base, which would keep estrogen in check without an ai, u might need an ai to get the proper test to estrogen ratio that would allow for optimal sexual function Ya I’m not sure if the range and units of measurement are...

Is my ED physical, psychological or hormonal?

As far as fish oil goes, Im currently not a fan of taking it in supplement form. I’m not 100% against it, but from my research it’s probably not ideal. I still need to do more research to fully figure out where I stand on it tho. Here’s some stuff to checkout and make ur own decision on whether...
