I would go to another doctor. TRT does not "add" testosterone to your baseline number. It completely replaces it from zero. 25 mg per week will probably bring you to 200 dg/dL. You need at least 100 mg/week, plus hCG 500 IU twice per week. Or 25 mg/day Clomid.- Nelson Vergel
