Erection Bigger on Days I work out!

I take arginine and citruline as in Gene’s stack morning and flomax morning and evening. Cialis I take 5 mg every morning and 20 mg three times per week in the evening. When sex is planned I take 100 mg and if not planned I am ready anyway. It is something my doctor is aware of and is ok with...

Erection Bigger on Days I work out!

Look up Gene’s Stack on this site. There is a long thread about this. I have used a modified version of it and it works very well. https://www.excelmale.com/forum/threads/genes-nitric-oxide-stack.198/

Erection Bigger on Days I work out!

If you are working out on the days you take cialis, it could because when taking cialis regularly there is a fuller feeling. I believe it has done the same thing for me, but I only have my wife as evidence. She is the one that called it to my attention. Quality problem, right?

Anybody using antidepressants with TRT? Similar to tramadol?

Tramadol is not an antidepressant, it is an opioid. Not sure where you are getting it, but a doctor should be prescribing it and it is intended to be used no more than four days as it is addictive. You may want to look into something else with a psychiatrist. No one should be playing doctor with...

    Does TRT prevent age-related illness?

I am 66 and on TRT over four years. I would answer this question with a yes and no answer. You have to put in some work and if you can tolerate it even more than just some. It prevents sarcopenia, age related muscle wasting. This would happen to an extent, but resistance work allows you to...

I have to wonder how many guys get priapism from pde5s who have legitimate ED. Also, how many older.guys as well.

Daily 5 mg Cialis + Viagra = Therapeutic Duplication?

I take 5-10 mg cialis in the morning and 50 or more viagra. Should add that I am 66 and they have tole me that my heart can tolerate this. At my age priapism is not a real threat either.

Daily 5 mg Cialis + Viagra = Therapeutic Duplication?

I do this and the combination works. I am with Abraham Morgentaler’s clinic in Boston and they say that this maximizes the effects. For me it is a great combination. A doctor should approve however.

    Increasing precum

I am a patient at Morgentaler’s clinic. He is not my personal doctor, but consults. I have seen him a few times and he is excellent. Had a visit once and my PA was out and he gave me 20 minutes of almost non stop answers to all kinds of questions. He seems like a great physician, a few years...

Don’t look for a pill. There are many behavioral interventions such as penetrating and not thrusting, learning to control your breathing, stop and start technique etc. Here’s an example, and there are many other articles...

How do you tell if your blood is thick?

Generally hematocrit over 50 is considered “out of range” by most labs. My doctor would not prescribe a blood donation until it was 55. I don’t think you can tell without bloodwork. If you are new to TRT, keep in mind that it is like to stableize. It also can fluctuate with hydration, so make...

Why I still don't have morning erections?

Tumescent erections don’t just occur first thing in the morning. You may be getting the erections at other times during the sleep cycle. If Your erections are good during sex, you are definitely having them at some time during the night. It is a part of penis health that occurs automatically.

How do you explain "non responders"?

    Should I do TRT?

Then take a good look at treating the anxiety and the depression. Do not take any medications for it. Medications for anxiety are typically addictive, and medications for depression have a side effect of ED. You need a good therapist who is going to utilize behavioral interventions and cognitive...

    Should I do TRT?

No. You’re way to young. Get in shape and start seeing a therapist. Everything you are dealing with is very fixable, even the ED. Workout, eat right and start working with a therapist.

I thought of getting one to after Jay Cambell’s podcast on it. I assume he’s the guy “close to the TRT community” of which you speak. I looked into it and even at the discounted price it seemed iffy. I decided to wait and am glad I did. Campbell used to be the go to guy on things like this, but...

    19 year old son

Agree. Your son needs to get in shape physically and mentally. You are looking for a quick fix, and TRT is not meant to be used for that. What kind of physical condition is he in? What is his mental status? Is he in school? Life/career goals? Friendships? Relationships? Hobbies? Interests? There...

How long does it take for hematocrit to normalize after stopping TRT?

It depends on how high you were originally. I was 46 before TRT went up to 51 at one time and have stabilized at 48. It can take 6 months to a year. Don’t fret over fluctuations, listen to your doctor. I am with Abraham Morgentaler’s clinic in Boston and they say 55 is the point where you need...

You are missing the point of my post. Meds and TRT are a last resort, not the first choice. Get yourself in condition physically as well as mentally. Trust me. The answer to your question is simple. No. You are suffering with anxiety and you need to work on that drug free. Some CBT with a therapist and a solid routine of exercise, diet, stress reduction, and behavioral interventions is called for. TRT is not going to help, rather it will make you a...

    Cialis Not working, Highest Dosage?

Not really. I use viagra only for sex, taking cialis for that and other reasons. Viagra works most of the time. I love Superhuman Radio and agree that he is often right. My wife takes low dose DHEA and the results for her have been amazing. She’s 64 and very active and fit. She has put on some lean muscle and her sex drive has noticeably improved, exactly as the stated on Carl’s podcast.
