    Gels are known to increase DHT way more than with injections. DHT can be in 5000-8000 ranges in some cases on topicals while injections would see slightly out of ranges (100>) DHT can interfere with the prostate in aging men. I would highly recommend against using DHT blocker medicines!

    You need a reality check! There are no natural men walking around with a TT at 1300, in the absence of abnormally high SHBG, with estrogen <29! The estrogen ranges, which vary greatly between lab companies, are derived from men with TT below 500 and not men on TRT with optimized T.

    This may help explain some things, alcohol can increase estrogen. Estrogen helps with sleep. Some men have bottomed out estrogen on TRT and need hCG together with TRT.
