10 Years on TRT and Only Recent Libido Issues

Under-eating is also something to rule out. Beyond all the above, changes in your relationship(s) are also something to consider. Libido has a lot of under-appreciated, difficult-to-control factors such as pheromones that may be in play in some way.

GLP-1 Medications (Semaglutide, etc.) Decrease Sex Drive

It's hard to say whether the issue is the drug or chronic under-eating, which in itself is well-known to crush libido. It would be interesting to know if libido returned once people are of the drugs and at some sort of steady state condition.

    Elevated PSA

That would do it. In any event you should review the things that can falsely elevate PSA.

    Elevated PSA

Prostatitis is IIRC the term you want to search for. I don't know too much about it but I know people and have heard of people resolving prostate issues by fixing an infection that you would not have sensed systemically. Dr. Gundry mentioned on one of his podcasts that he resolved his enlarged...

    Elevated PSA

Step one with PSA is always retest, making sure that you didn't do anything like ejaculate or go for a recent bike ride that would create a falsely high number. Infection is also something to rule out. The same thing happened to me but it came right back down.

Results from my ultrasound of right Achilles tendon.

People with Tendon issues may want to listen to the Tim Ferriss podcast with Keith Baar. It is very tendon- centric and omits things like DMSO which are essential first-line go-to's IME, but it has a lot of interesting information about tendon health and injuries. For example, apparently ACE...

Stop Using Mouthwash And Dental Hygiene

It sounds like you are on a good path, although I stopped consistently using the Hydrogen Peroxide rinse as it may be excessive. Holding C BD oil in the mouth seems to help me. The trick seems to be finding things that kill the bad bacteria and leave the good bacteria there and Silver...

I need some serious help with ED

I've only ever used the injectable. Some people ake their own nose spray but I see no reason since the injectable takes hours to have an affect. There are other things you can try also to boost the effect of PDE5i's such as Nitric Oxide tablets. I use the ones froirm N1o1.

I need some serious help with ED

First, I agree with Funk. Chronically high blood sugar will destroy your body and even if something on the ED fronts works, it won't for very long until you get your blood sugar under control which there are many ways to do. Beyond that, DHEA is helpful for some people, and I am a big believer...

    Supraphysiologic testosterone (350 mg weekly)

I agree with Vince that looking into things like chronic infection or gut micro-biome issues, both of which could cause your symptoms, is a good place to start. The issue with recovering your production is that 1) something that works for most people may not occur for you, and more importantly...

What would you do? HCT vs. BP

Also, you need to get a BP measuring device and take multiple readings throughout the day. A single reading, especially in an unfamiliar setting is notoriously unreliable. And step one for blood pressure is to make sure you're getting plenty of potassium.

    Potential Causes of Low Testosterone

I think most here would agree that there are almost too many issues with your protocol to list. Are you dependent on insurance, and if not, have you considered a Telehealth provider who specializes in Hormones such as Defy? In the meantime, a protocol to consider would be to drop the T to 60mg...

Has anyone had any really bad sides with PT-141?

How much did you use? More than 300mcg is unnecessary and a potential problem IME, however it may just not be for you.

Vitamin D Status Determines Cardiometabolic Effects of Testosterone Replacement Therapy in Men with Late-Onset Hypogonadism

Immune function alone suggests everyone should have a vitamin D level over 50, so other benefits are a nice bonus.
