I was wondering if any members use L plantarum PS128 for mental health?

Wow that's very cool. I hope we got some guys that have experimented

What are typical nandrolone plus TRT protocols?

Yeah its always good for a while. Until the "side effects" start to really set in. Seems to be the case for me for any anabolic. There is this initial honeymoon period for each one of them, similar to any drug used chronically, its good at the begining until the negatives outweight the...

What are typical nandrolone plus TRT protocols?

Nandrolone isn't for me. I just never feel right. Uneasy or something. Insecure feeling.

    DHEA makes me...

No way man. Its funny to read that post because read it almost as a journal. And in hindisght I was documenting the honeymoon period. I wish I would have continue to feel like that.

FINALLY an anti-inflammatory drug protecting against heart attacks and strokes

This is a fantastic thread. Cialis and colchicine is probably a great combo. I am excited about trying an anti-inflammatory that isn't an NSAID. Hopefully I can mitigate some of the old aches and pains I've acquired along the years while getting a bosst in the cardiovascular department.

Last Throw of the Dice - advise on Arimidex dosage

Man you really went out on a limb here and made some assumptions. Diagnosed the dude with body dismorphia and everything. Sorry but it's very real that longer esters result in more water retention. I've experienced this first hand and anyone with experience knows it can happen. If you don't...

Last Throw of the Dice - advise on Arimidex dosage

There's been a few times where I got it down. In my experience controlling estrogen does help some. But the best thing seems to be using shorter esters. The longer the ester the greater the water retention. Prop was dryer than cyp and cream was the driest. But the shorter esters don't seem to...

Last Throw of the Dice - advise on Arimidex dosage

I know what you mean. Testosterone does give a certain look to a lot of people. I see the high testosterone guys at the gym and they have that large look that is almost completely undefined, red bloated faces. Which is cool if they were just trying to be mass monster strongman types but many...

    Browsing the Defy Medical Store

So I was surfing the Defy medical store just seeing which products were interesting and what I should ask about during my next consultation. There are a ton of interesting products that I came across from anti-aging skin cream to sexual products to immune boosting IV infsuion saline bags to GH...

Fish oil supplementation (omega-3) and heart disease

I've tried big doses of krill oil which supposedly doesn't go rancid. I noticed a bigger drop in triglycerides from fish oil. I just make sure I buy a bottle that is ifos certified and I look up the batch on the ifos website. Then I cross-reference that at the consumer Labs website. If all...

    Nandrolone (Deca) Base TRT Trial

I've had similar experience. One problem I had with nandrolone base was my resting heart rate. I could barely donate blood one time because it was 99.

    Thinking of quitting TRT

Hey man. What are your fsh/LH numbers while on TRT with kisspeptin? Would be interesting to see where they sit since kisspeptin is supposed to stimulate their secretion

And also what is your test dosage?

    Maximus: Oral TRT+ (native T + enclomiphene + pregnenolone)

@Guided_by_Voices thats the one! He says that moderate doses of Test Cyp still allow for Clomid to work to raise LH/FSH. I'd much rather do low dose enclomiphene to get the entire HPTA online as long as the doses are low enough. I really hate HCG.

    Maximus: Oral TRT+ (native T + enclomiphene + pregnenolone)

Will do. I have been surfing different forums and I have found a few anecdotes where people have been running enclomiphene with their cypionate and have mid-high lh/fsh. I am going to continue with my protocol (Prop) but drop the HCG because I don't like it anyway and switch to enclomiphene...

    Maximus: Oral TRT+ (native T + enclomiphene + pregnenolone)

The blood work one week after stopping trt be equally as worthless. That wouldn't be a baseline reading either. Natural baseline would take months to reach. Is that practice just a legal cya thing?

    Maximus: Oral TRT+ (native T + enclomiphene + pregnenolone)

If I'm on injections now and want to switch to this program, will I qualify if my testosterone is above range on labs? I'd like to transition seamlessly if I try it

    Maximus: Oral TRT+ (native T + enclomiphene + pregnenolone)

I'm actually getting pretty darn interested in this. I got a question for systemlord. What benefits did you notice from switching to jatenzo? Libido and erections improved from injections?

    Enclomiphene restart - how long?

Wow that's a great idea. Man I'm really starting to think this is the way to go. That'd be a way easier transition to natural production

    Interesting experience quitting TRT

I'm not surprised at all that you feel high Estrogen since it follows testosterone. Right now the ratio between adrogens and estrogens in your body is definetely skewed torwards estrogen. Back when I was a young idiot, I got gyno AFTER I came off a suerdrol cycle. Like 1-3 months after.

    Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) for pain

yeah it seems that way, but apparently some suspect that the neurosteroids are key players in libido, which may be more obvious if you are lacking. Here is another study talking about its neuroprotective effects and effect on neurosteroids...

    Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) for pain

Anyone hear of this or tried it? Obviously something is missing with me on TRT. Pregnenolone and DHEA help some but don't exactly hit the spot and have differnet effects for me that aren't just right. So somehow I stumbled upon this and its effect on nuerosteroids. People have mentioned that...
