Also, Libido is sky high the night of injection day (inject in the am), then tapers off considerably from there. Will injections every 3.5 days rather than 1x/week help with this?

I just feel if E2 is 49 8 days post injection, it must be significantly higher a couple days post injection. No? My most recent thyroid test results are: Free T3: 3.8 pg/mL Free T4: 1.0 ng/dL TSH: 1.79 uIU/mL Reverse T3: 11 (lab report doesn't provide UOM)

Hi All - 38M Excited to have my bloodwork back after 7 weeks on TRT (120mg test cyp 1x/week). Overall I feel great, much better than prior to TRT, but still want to refine my protocol. My bloodwork results are below, and labs were taken 8 days after last injection. I have a couple of questions...

Need advice on starting TRT

Hi Guys. Considering starting TRT. I'm 38 with low libido, low energy, and lack of focus. Total T has gone from a low of about 160 ng/dL back in 2013 up to 351 ng/dL last week. HCG monotherapy seemed to move the needle a bit and got me to where I am today (I discontinued HCG about 3 months...

StepbyStep, thanks for your reply. I get my HCG from a local compounding pharmacy. I thought even 500iu EOD was heavy, and was afraid my E2 would spike, but it actually came down.

Thanks, Sean. I think my biggest concern with TRT is how it will affect my heart. I have a family history of early heart disease (Dad passed and 63 and Dad's Dad at 66). I've got kids, so I want to be around for a while yet.
