Does testosterone prevent catabolism 100%.... What are realistic results?

So due to my shipment yet being here, I'm low riding it on 250 MG of Testosterone a week while dieting while working out, I've gone from 184 lb. to about 177.5 lb. in the last 2 months or so. How much of this was actually fat? Does my low riding of testosterone still prevent catabolism, and if...
