Gene. I forgot i commented on this post. Its wonderful. Where i'm at i'm 13 miles west of the West entrance to Glacier National Park. Mountains all over and not many people to bother you when you want to let loose an enjoy the area.

Will do. We upped the dose from 5k every day to 10k M W F with 5k on T T S S to see if it comes up. Up here in Montana our sunlight is limited an sucks i guess.

Keith Thanks yes i have been told buy quite afew even my GP that there looking good. I take the Vit. D with dinner every evening.

Well all labs looked good as everyone said. But the Dr flipped and said they will not treat me if i'm over 600-700 well after talking with my GP said he has training in this line and would be happy to look at everything an see if he wants to take on another TRT patient. If not I can say...

Nelson. THanks. I'm taking 5000iu aday now. and the pharm. said possibly adding a double does of 5000iu/10,000 on Mon-Wens-Fri and doing the 5000iu in between those would bring the D Numbers up.

Gene, I'm taking 5000iu's aday of D3 now. I'm in northwest Montana and sun light is rare. should i got up more on it, or should i be taken something else on top of it. Thanks Tom

I feel pretty good. 6 months ago i never thought i would fee as i do now. Granted i have not lost any weight but clothing fit looser and dropped about 4inches in waist. An roughly gained a 1inch in muscle mass in arms and shoulders.
