Staying within natural ranges?

if i get my total t up 900-1000, my free t should be in the low 20s. That should only be around 16mg per day based on my response. am i missing anything? Is that too low?

I'm 32, I had hair beginning to thin prior to TRT. TRT accelerated it, so I just shave my head.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did try this and I had trouble sleeping, and it was also really hard to plan around having the second dose available. Would you suggest daily injections? Why did you switch if you felt so good on the cream?

Are you suggesting a more drastic change in numbers could help? Maybe thats why the cream is working a little better? I'd much prefer shots though.

My shbg is usually 35 with one or two occasional test showing it at 27 or 28. My e2 is 21 when my total t is 650, 27-30 when my total t is is in the mid 800s. Sensitive testing.

Testing peak vs trough, even with a trough in natural ranges, around 829, my peak is at about 1200. I know that technically this may be the top end of the old range, but naturally, most men never achieve this number, even with high shbg. With my trough lower, around 650, my peak stays in range...
