Insulin syringe - air bubbles
I use 30g needles. I backfill them though so knowing the dosage is right is not an issue. I then add hcg which obviously doesn't mix. I don't have issues with the bubbles injecting in the delts daily.- user_joe

Testosterone and immunity
I don't think I've been sick in 2 yrs on TRT. I do have pretty bad hay fever most of the year. It doesn't seem to affect that at all.- user_joe

Matter of opinion. I don't think it's a big deal. Your case is is pretty interesting imo for a couple of reasons. One you are shooting for a natural TT that is top of the range. Post the full labs. You won't solve this puzzle by going on trt without a good baseline anyway. I doubt you will see the results you expect on TRT unless you had naturally top of range levels in the past. Just be educated is my advise. You don't sound knowledgeable. Ah. Makes much more sense. You'd just have to check with them obviously. Probably the the best change I ever made to my protocol was daily injections in the delts with a 30g needle. I backload them usually 7 days worth at a time. No waste or pain. Huge help with acne, and more stable moods...- user_joe

What is the highest testosterone level for long term health ?
The interesting thing about this is how people seem to always reference trough when deciding what blood level of test is safe or healthy. So someone will reference a number such as 900 tt for example. You can do 200mg 1x/wk and see a trough of 900, but you are likely peaking at 1800 or more and...- user_joe

Low T genetics
Dad is in his 60s with TT in the 900s. 35 and hypogonadal. I had typical high testosterone in my teens as far as I can tell. Symptoms showed up early 20s. Figured it out at 33. Found a pituitary adenoma, but supposedly it is not the cause. I'm not really convinced.- user_joe
