    Anyone used Injections and Cream

I'm currently using cream again - 100mg AM, 50mg PM. This is a good protocol for me and has been one of my "go to" protocols, the other "go to" being 60mg T Cyp E3.5D (120mg/wk). Seems like whenever I try to a new protocol that doesn't work out, I go back to one of these to get back on track...

    Anyone used Injections and Cream

I have, though I can't say with good results. I wouldn't say it was a disaster, it just wasn't worth the hassle as I didn't notice any real changes. I have heard of guys adding a small amount of cream to an injection protocol to boost DHT, which makes sense. As to when you notice the benefits...

    TRT and Neurotransmitter Balance

What effects, if any, does TRT have on neurotransmitters, particularly on serotonin? I know that in the initial stages of TRT, there is a pronounced effect on dopamine - I have been told that this is what causes the "honeymoon" that many guys experience. Are there neurotransmitter imbalances...

2x day cream - surprising stability

Yes I do. However, libido was never an issue for me even before TRT. If anything though, TRT and cream in particular increases it.

    Non scrotal application of cream?

Unfortunately no - my doc at that time didn't test DHT (new doc now).

    Test cream trough?

I have - reported on this a while back. Here is the thread: 2x day cream - surprising stability

    Non scrotal application of cream?

I have used cream exclusively on my wrists/inner forearms. 100mg in the morning would have my levels in the mid 800s at peak, so it definitely works.

    Cream is oily?

FWIW, my most recent cream from Empower is also more oily/runny than what I had received from them in the past. I don't like it as much, mainly because due to the consistency it seems like my clicks aren't always accurate. Especially the first click. Never had any issues with their cream before.

    Best TRt dosage

When I first discovered this forum about 2.5 years ago when I started TRT, I remember reading things like this. Did I listen? No. Many of us have to learn the hard way. After 2.5 years of ups and downs and spinning my wheels, just now coming around to the realization that what Tman stated is...

Total T/Free T and E2 Ratio Out of Balance

You might consider completely dropping the HCG. It never seemed to do much for me, other than drive up E2. And lowering T dose will also drop E2 of course. So many guys come on here and say how much better they feel on lower doses, and that they wish they had done it sooner. But for many of...

TRT induced Low SHBG and TRT dosage?

My experience with more frequent injection protocols seems to be the opposite of what I often read here. From a fair amount of trial and error with different protocols, here is the effect that different protocols had on my SHBG, in order from most impact on SHBG to least: Pre-TRT: low-mid 30s...
