One thing I would add to this is that I think I would have felt better had I gone the HCG FSH route. Being 300 TT and single digit Free T for nearly a year (coming off, taking 4-5 mo ths to get fertile, having a successful conception, waiting 3 months for my wife to be make it thru trimester 1)...- Stoak

I can’t find HCG/Pregnyl

Libido: hCG vs higher T / E2
Dr Rand talks about this in some of his videos. His once per week guys seem to just lose it when they break the shots up more frequently. Then when they go back to once per week their libido returns. Not saying it's the same for everyone but you may be once of these guys.- Stoak

Yes. My last shot was Second week of September, then HCG, then Clomid second week of October. Wife is Due Jan 24. There is some math involved. 4-5 months is my best guess trying to doing this conception math in my head.- Stoak

Some guys have had success adding HMG to the protocol. If your sperm count is really low to the point of basic infertility, quitting TRT may be your fastest option. PCT after 17 months of TRT
You are right about that but I don't plan on having more kids. I subscribe to the theory that once one has gone thru normal puberty and is fertile, TRT never changes that. Even after years and years, fertility will return in time once one stops the therapy.- Stoak

I thought I would update this. I lost 40 pounds after stopping TRT (I did fasting diet as well so that accelerated it). Since stopping that diet I have regained 15 pounds but still down about 25 pounds from TRT levels. I never got a follow up semen analysis due to a variety of reasons...- Stoak

I got bloods back from November 11. My last shot was September 8 of 80mg test cyp. I did 3 weeks of Clomid at 25mg EOD starting Oct 8 and 1000iu HCG EOD leading up to that after my last shot. This is 2 weeks after ending Clomid therapy and 2 months after my last shot. Total test 331ng/dl...- Stoak
